Privacy note · Updated November 2026

How we use the information you send us.

New World is an independent academic studio in Piantini, Santo Domingo. This note explains what happens to the information you give us when you send an inquiry through this website or contact us on WhatsApp.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us in the inquiry form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the student’s name and school year, the program you are interested in, timing, an optional test score, how you heard about us, and any message you write. We also note which page or campaign brought you to the site, if any.

Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry, to call or message you about it, and, if you wish, to arrange an assessment. We do not sell your information, share it with other schools or advertisers, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who handles it

Inquiries are received by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our coordinator’s email, which runs on Microsoft 365. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the Dominican Republic.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to respond and, if you enroll, for the duration of the program. If you do not enroll, we delete inquiry details on request, and in any case review and remove old inquiries regularly.

Your rights

Under Dominican law on the protection of personal data (Ley No. 172-13), you may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp at (809) 641-0111 and we will take care of it.
